Counselling and Life Coach
As a life coach, I work towards helping people achieve their personal and professional goals. I provide encouragement, support, and guidance to my clients, helping them to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop strategies for achieving them. Life coaching can be helpful in many areas of life, including career development, relationships, health and wellness, and work-life balance.
The life coach sessions are one hour each. The client can choose to meet weekly or fortnightly. Everything shared in the sessions is entirely confidential. The client has complete discretion over continuing or ending the sessions.
